Nacita Autocare is a growing automotive accessories brand under the well-established NACITA Group, providing car enthusiasts across Egypt with a premium selection of vehicle care products, gadgets, and tools. With an expanding Shopify store and a strong offline retail presence, the brand was seeking to amplify its direct-to-consumer (DTC) digital performance.
Despite strong brand equity in the automotive sector, Nacita Autocare faced challenges typical of retail brands transitioning into e-commerce — especially around funnel efficiency and content suitability for online conversion.

Compatitor and indusry analysis
- While Egypt’s auto accessories market is crowded offline, few brands have structured e-commerce funnels.
- Most competitors rely on marketplace listings or manual order fulfillment via Instagram/Facebook DMs.
- Paid ad presence is inconsistent and lacks funnel depth (no clear TOF/MOF/BOF structures).
- Many brands fail to communicate product value visually, making room for Nacita to lead with structured, ad-friendly design.
- UGC and performance creatives are rare in the sector — giving us creative room to dominate.
Strategy
Before scaling media, we conducted a deep audit of:
1. Website & Funnel Structure
Diagnosed key friction points in product discovery, mobile experience, and checkout speed.
Provided specific CRO recommendations (CTA contrast, homepage prioritization, product filtering).
2. Tracking & Pixel Implementation
Meta Pixel, GA4, and enhanced Shopify analytics were aligned to track full funnel events.
Event-based optimization (ViewContent, ATC, Purchase) was enabled early for proper bidding.
3. Campaign Structure
Built full-funnel architecture across TOF (broad + lookalikes), MOF (video viewers + add-to-cart), and BOF (website retargeting).
Segmented campaigns by product categories, supported by seasonal promos.
4. Content Optimization
Designed high-converting static visuals and launched iterative UGC/testimonial creatives.
