How we work

A store, an app, a brand season and a B2B pipeline are not judged on the same number. Pick your path to see what we audit, what we take on, and what the first month looks like.

Which kind of growth are you buying?

The same team runs all four. But a store, an app, a brand season and a B2B pipeline are not judged on the same number, and they do not get the same audit. Pick the one that fits and you will see exactly what we look at, what we take on, and what the first month looks like.

eCommerce

Who it fits. Shopify, Salla or Zid stores past their first few hundred orders, spending $3,000 a month or more on media.

The number we are judged on. Blended MER — total store sales divided by total media spend, reconciled against your own backend every month. Not platform ROAS.

What the audit answers

  • Does the ROAS in Ads Manager match what the store actually sold, and by how much is it out?
  • Which products earn the budget, and which ones are quietly burning it?
  • What sells out, how often, and does the media plan know before the budget does?
  • Is the catalogue feed complete, correctly priced and in stock?
  • Where does the store lose the click — product page, cart, or checkout?
  • What share of revenue is returning customers, and is anyone working on it?
  • How much of the reported revenue survives returns and cancellations?

What we take on

The four platforms as one system, a winners engine built on your catalogue with an availability guard, creative direction and production, and monthly backend reconciliation.

What we need from you

Store and analytics access, visibility of stock, and a person who can approve creative and answer product questions within 48 hours.

The first 30 days

Audit and tracking fixed in week one, winners engine live in week two, restructured campaigns in week three, and the first month judged on MER.

Apps

Who it fits. Consumer apps with a real transaction inside them — orders, subscriptions, bookings — past soft launch and ready to buy users at scale.

The number we are judged on. Cost per first order, and the share of installs that reach it. Cost per install is a diagnostic, never the target.

What the audit answers

  • Which install source actually produces first orders, and which one only produces installs?
  • Where does the funnel leak — install, sign-up, activation, or first order?
  • Are the events the platforms optimise on the events that matter to the business?
  • Do the MMP, the analytics and the backend tell the same story? If not, which is wrong?
  • What does a customer cost against what they order in their first 90 days?
  • How much of the spend is buying users who were coming anyway?

What we take on

Google App campaigns, Meta, TikTok and Snapchat install and event campaigns, event mapping and optimisation-event design, and creative direction for app formats.

What we need from you

MMP or analytics access, backend order data by source, and a release calendar so we know what is changing in the product.

The first 30 days

Event audit and remap, campaigns rebuilt on the first-order event, and a cohort read of what the first month's users actually did.

Brands & seasons

Who it fits. FMCG, retail and F&B brands running a season, a launch or an always-on presence — usually with a creative agency already in place.

The number we are judged on. Agreed before the season starts, and reported against that same target after: reach and frequency against a defined audience, views, store actions or retail sell-out. Never impressions alone.

What the audit answers

  • What did last season actually buy, per market and per platform, at what unit cost?
  • Where does the creative agency's work stop and media direction start?
  • Which markets are cheap attention, and which ones hold the buyers?
  • What can be measured beyond impressions — search demand, followers, store visits, retail sell-out?
  • Was the frequency high enough to be remembered, or high enough to be resented?
  • Which platform earned its share of the budget, and which one inherited it from last year?

What we take on

Media planning and buying, allocation by market and platform, the measurement plan agreed up front, and reporting to both your team and your creative partner.

What we need from you

The season objective in one sentence, your creative partner's contact, the market list, and retail or store data if it exists.

The first 30 days

A read of the last comparable season, a measurement plan you sign off, and a media plan split by market with a cost benchmark on each.

B2B leads

Who it fits. Companies selling to other businesses across one market or many, with a sales team that follows up and can tell us what happened.

The number we are judged on. Qualified lead events by market at an agreed cost — and what the sales team says about them a month later.

What the audit answers

  • What counts as a lead here, and is it tracked the same way in every market?
  • Which markets produce buyers, and which ones only produce cheap impressions?
  • Does the landing page do the qualifying, or is the sales team doing it by phone?
  • Is the CRM connected, so we can see which leads became deals?
  • Are we counting the whole form, or only the last click?
  • How long is the real sales cycle, and is the reporting window shorter than it?

What we take on

Meta, Google and LinkedIn campaigns, budget allocation by the role each market plays, landing pages with measured events, and lead-quality reviews with your sales team.

What we need from you

Your definition of a qualified lead, CRM access or a monthly feedback sheet from sales, and the market priorities.

The first 30 days

Lead definition agreed, tracking rebuilt so every market counts the same event, and markets funded by role rather than evenly.
